9.75miles done, 41.4/2500 miles down! #GoTheDist

Completed week one of Couch to 5K, not bad!  Also did 8.1 slow miles on the treadmill - knee doesn’t allow me to walk very fast currently!  Most miles overall though since started…  Finally, I’ve bumped up the yearly target from 2400miles to a round 2500.  EDIT: I’d worked out the total miles wrong, it’s not 39.75, it’s 41.4.  rocking….
