Last week hurt!
After losing a wee bit of weight, I backslid a fair bit due to xmas lunches, choccies etc.
Back to it now, trying this Paleo thing - a variation of low carb.  Ate well all day, and here’s the dinner.  Was nicer than it looks - salmon, spinach, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, peppers etc…… :)
